Updated Disney Plus Ads and The Weight

September 21, 2026 1 Min Read

Episode 3: Finally talking about the “Snacks” part of the podcast, because what is a movie without SNACKS! Our current favorite for our movie nights is Kar’s PB N’ Dark Chocolate Trail Mix. We found this a few months back and has made it to our “Snacky-Snack” movie bowl ever since. Very Yum. We have some discussion on the recent changes Disney made to its Disney+ Ads sent out to UK subscribers. We discuss the idea of paying for “no ads” and Disney force feeding you ads. And the Mystery movie we went and saw was The Weight, a fantastic 2026 Sundance Film Festival movie staring Ethan Hawke, Russel Crowe and Julia Jones. The Weight was release to theaters this weekend and is a must watch!
